By using Working.Experts for Pharmacy (the "Platform") you agree to these terms.

1. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Pharmacists must hold current GPhC registration. Pharmacies must be registered with the GPhC at the premises level. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit.

2. Professional standards

All users must behave professionally and in accordance with GPhC Standards for Pharmacy Professionals. Harassment, discrimination, or sharing of confidential patient information may result in account suspension and referral to the GPhC.

3. Shifts and contracts

The Platform facilitates introductions between locums and pharmacies. Shift terms are agreed directly between parties. WE4Pharmacy is not the employer and does not pay wages, but may facilitate invoice generation and tracking.

4. Fees

Basic platform access is free for locums. Employers pay subscription and per-shift fees as detailed on our pricing page. All prices exclude VAT unless stated.

5. Compliance records

Compliance logs, SOPs, and training records created on the Platform belong to the pharmacy. We retain them for 7 years to support inspections.

6. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for pharmacy errors, employment disputes, or decisions made based on information from the Platform. You are responsible for carrying professional indemnity insurance.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the account with reasonable notice. We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
