Is it really free?

Who can see my GPhC certificate, DBS and other documents?

Only you, and any employer you choose to share them with for a specific application. You can revoke that access afterwards. Your documents are not visible to the whole platform, and they are scanned for malware and access-controlled.

Does the GPhC number check share my details with the regulator?

Accepted Answer

No. It checks the number you enter against an imported copy of the public GPhC register to confirm it appears there. It does not contact the GPhC or report anything to them, and we show you when the register copy was last updated.

Can I manage my CPD and revalidation here?

You can keep your CPD entries and revalidation activity in one place and export them when you need them for your own submission. Completing and submitting your revalidation remains your responsibility — the platform keeps the record tidy, it does not submit on your behalf.

Will you spam me or sell my data?

No. You choose which alerts you receive and can unsubscribe at any time, and we do not sell your data to advertisers. You can export or delete your data from your settings.

Do I deal with an agency?

No. Shifts and roles are posted by pharmacies (and, separately, by recruiters who choose to list). When you apply to a pharmacy shift, you are dealing with the pharmacy.

How do I get paid for shifts?

Completed shifts can be turned into timesheets and invoices on the platform, with a clear route to query anything. Payment terms are agreed with the pharmacy you work for.

How are candidates' documents handled?

Documents are scanned for malware, access-controlled, and shared with you only for the application a candidate shares them on. We act as a processor for that data and handle it under UK data protection law.
