Trust & verification

Specific checks, honestly described.

We think trust comes from specific, explainable checks and careful data handling — not from badges anyone can buy. Here is exactly what our checks do, and what they do not.

What we actually do

GPhC number check

We check a registration number against an imported copy of the public GPhC register, and show you when that copy was last updated. We do not contact the regulator.

Credential sharing you control

Professionals share documents per application and can revoke access. We do not broadcast anyone's documents.

Data handled under UK law

Documents are scanned and access-controlled, and processed under UK data protection law. We act as a processor for that data.

Report and take down

There is a route to report concerns about a listing or a profile, and a takedown process.

What a check means — and what it doesn’t

What it is

  • A specific check against a clearly stated source.
  • A help to your own due diligence.
  • Time-stamped to the data we hold.

What it isnt

  • A guarantee of anyone’s competence or conduct.
  • A GPhC or regulator endorsement.
  • A substitute for your own pre-engagement and right-to-work checks.
  • Something you can pay to obtain.

No pay-for-trust

We do not sell verification, badges or ranking. Paid plans unlock features and reach — never a trust signal. A check means the same thing for everyone.
