We process candidate data to provide Platform functionality, facilitate applications and matching, support messaging, operate search and discovery tools, maintain safety and security, and improve our services.

4. Sharing

Where you apply or express interest, relevant data may be shared with the employer, recruiter, or hirer you select or engage with. Those recipients will usually act as separate controllers of the data they receive.

5. Rights

Your rights are set out in our main Privacy Notice, including rights of access, correction, objection, restriction, erasure in appropriate cases, and complaint to the ICO.
