We may assess evidence, relevant platform records, user safety considerations, legal risk, and prior conduct when reviewing a complaint.

4. Appeals

Where we have taken moderation or account action, users may ask for a review. We may uphold, vary, or reverse the original decision.

5. Limits

We may refuse repetitive, abusive, bad-faith, or manifestly unfounded complaints.
