Last updated: 14 April 2026 Controller: Fastidious LLP, trading as Working Experts Email: [email protected]

1. Purpose

This schedule explains the standard retention approach applied to major categories of personal data processed through the Platform. Actual retention may vary where longer retention is required by law, for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, audit, or safeguarding of legal rights.

2. Retention table

| Data category | Typical retention approach | |---|---| | Website enquiry data | Up to 24 months from last meaningful contact | | Registered account data | While account remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards | | Public profile content | While profile remains active, then limited retention in backups and audit records | | Job applications and candidate workflow records | Typically up to 24 months after the relevant application or workflow closes, unless a longer period is needed for dispute or compliance reasons | | Locum expressions of interest and shift workflow records | Typically up to 24 months after the relevant shift or workflow closes | | Employer and recruiter account records | While active and for a reasonable period afterwards for audit, billing, and dispute purposes | | Supplier listing records | While active and for a reasonable period afterwards | | Payment, invoicing, and tax records | Retained for applicable statutory accounting and tax retention periods | | Support tickets and complaint records | Typically up to 6 years where relevant to legal, contractual, or complaint handling purposes | | Security logs and fraud-prevention records | Retained for a limited period appropriate to security and fraud prevention needs | | Marketing suppression records | As long as necessary to honour opt-out preferences and compliance obligations |

3. Backups and residual copies

Deleted or expired data may remain in backups, logs, and disaster recovery copies for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.

4. Review

We may update this schedule from time to time to reflect operational needs, legal requirements, or platform changes.
