1. Scope

These terms apply to employer accounts and use of employer-facing hiring, search, applicant management, branding, and recruitment tools.

2. Employer account obligations

Employer account holders must keep account information accurate, limit access to authorised personnel, and ensure all activity carried out through the account is properly authorised.

3. Lawful use

Employers must use the Platform only for genuine hiring, workforce planning, and related professional purposes. Candidate data must not be reused for unrelated marketing or unlawful profiling.

4. Job and candidate handling

Employers are responsible for vetting, interview process, offers, contracts, onboarding, safeguarding, right-to-work checks, and professional registration checks.

5. Branding and content

Any logos, artwork, copy, or media uploaded by employers must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights.

6. Suspension and removal

We may suspend employer tools, individual users, job listings, or access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, legal risk, non-payment, or breach of Platform terms.
