1. Scope

This policy explains how to report alleged copyright, trade mark, or other intellectual property infringement on the Platform.

2. Reporting

A notice should include enough information to identify the rights holder, the material complained of, the location of the material, the basis of the complaint, and contact details for follow-up.

3. Our response

We may remove, disable, restrict, or investigate material where we reasonably believe it may infringe rights or otherwise expose users or the Platform to legal risk.

4. Counter-notice

Where appropriate, we may allow the uploader to provide a response or counter-notice.

5. Repeat infringement

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated infringement or misuse.
