1. Scope
These Jobs Terms apply to job adverts, candidate discovery, applications, recruiter messaging, and related tools made available on the Platform.
2. Who may post jobs
Only users or organisations with genuine authority to recruit for the advertised role may post a job.
3. Job ad requirements
Job adverts must be genuine, lawful, accurate, and up to date. They must not be misleading about:
- employer identity
- salary, pay, bonus, or benefits
- location or remote status
- hours, contract type, or responsibilities
- required registration, qualifications, or experience
- sponsorship, vetting, or right-to-work requirements
4. Compliance obligations
Employers and recruiters are responsible for complying with applicable employment, equality, advertising, and data protection law, including fair treatment of applicants and lawful handling of candidate data.
5. Candidate data
Where candidate data is shared with an employer or recruiter, that recipient is usually a separate controller of the personal data they receive for their own hiring purposes.
6. Messaging and outreach
Recruiter contact must be professional, relevant, and proportionate. Spam, deceptive contact, and repeated unwanted contact are not permitted.
7. Platform rights
We may review, refuse, edit, de-prioritise, suspend, or remove job adverts or related content where we reasonably believe they breach our Terms, Community Standards, these Jobs Terms, or applicable law.
8. No hiring guarantee
We do not guarantee candidate quality, candidate availability, response rates, suitability, or successful hiring outcomes.
9. Fees
Paid job posting or premium hiring features are governed by our Paid Services Terms and any applicable order form.
