1. Scope

These terms apply to locum shift postings, applications, offers, confirmations, and related messaging and workflow tools.

2. Shift postings

Shift postings must be genuine and must accurately state the pharmacy, date, hours, break arrangements, rate, responsibilities, required registration, systems used where relevant, and any vetting or documentation requirements.

3. Responsibilities of hirers

Hirers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to engage a locum, for carrying out appropriate checks, and for complying with legal, professional, tax, and insurance requirements.

4. Responsibilities of locums

Locums are responsible for ensuring profile information, registration status, qualifications, availability, and right to work details are accurate and current.

5. No agency role

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we act only as a platform provider and are not the hirer, agency, employer, or contractual intermediary between parties.

6. Cancellations and disputes

Parties remain responsible for the terms agreed between them regarding cancellations, substitutions, conduct, payment timing, and documentation. We may assist with evidence held on the Platform but do not adjudicate all disputes.

7. Platform rights

We may remove or restrict any shift listing or related content that appears misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
