These terms apply to subscriptions, promoted listings, advertising products, premium tools, paid employer products, and any other paid service offered on the Platform.

2. Fees and billing

Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Non-payment

We may suspend or limit access to paid services where payment is overdue.

5. Changes to plans

We may change features or pricing on reasonable notice.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by these terms, any specific order form, and our Refund and Cancellation Policy where applicable.
