These terms apply to recruiters, agencies, and similar intermediaries using the Platform to search for, contact, or introduce candidates.

2. Authority and transparency

Recruiters must act transparently and must not misrepresent the role, client, fee basis, or their authority to recruit.

3. Candidate handling

Candidate data must be handled lawfully, fairly, and only for genuine recruitment purposes.

4. Conduct

Recruiters must not spam users, send deceptive messages, or make repeated unwanted contact.

5. Compliance

Recruiters are responsible for compliance with data protection, equality, advertising, and employment-related legal obligations.
