1. Scope

This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled for paid Platform services.

2. Business customers

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid by business customers are generally non-refundable once the relevant service period has started or the relevant placement or promotion has gone live.

3. Consumers

Where consumer cancellation rights apply by law, they will apply in addition to this policy.

4. Renewals and cancellation timing

Auto-renewing services should be cancelled before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

5. Exceptional refunds

We may consider refunds or credits where we are legally required to do so or where we consider it appropriate in the circumstances.
