1. Scope

These terms apply to supplier profiles, directory listings, and related promotional features on the Platform.

2. Accuracy

Suppliers must ensure that business details, service descriptions, contact details, and claims are accurate and not misleading.

3. No false claims

Suppliers must not make false or unsubstantiated claims about approvals, outcomes, endorsements, or performance.

4. Platform role

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not a contracting party in transactions between users and suppliers.

5. Removal rights

We may refuse, edit, suspend, or remove listings that are misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate for the Platform.
