Workforce data across your members. PQS coordination. Shared broker inbox for member opportunities.
Talk to salesBuying groups, LPCs and pharmacy federations sit between individual pharmacies and the wider system — coordinating PQS, negotiating NHS service contracts, aggregating workforce data and supporting members through business transitions. WE4Pharmacy gives you the platform-level view those activities need: which members are signed off for which services, where the workforce gaps are, which businesses are quietly preparing to sell. Members keep their data; you see the rollup.
Onboard each member pharmacy with their consent to share rolled-up data. Members keep individual control of their branch but contribute anonymised workforce and service data to the group view.
During a PQS submission window, see at a glance which members have completed which domains. Send a single broadcast reminder to those still incomplete.
Negotiating a new NHS service contract? Pull the aggregate competency picture: how many of your members already have Pharmacy First sign-off, how many would need contraception PGDs, where the geographic gaps are.
When a member starts thinking about selling, the broker module lets you support them with a confidential preparation track — valuation, data-room build, intermediary introduction — without exposing the activity until the member is ready.
Do members have to use the platform too?
It works best when members are on the platform — that is what feeds the workforce and service data. Members who only want the basic functionality pay nothing extra. Members who want the operational tools (shift posting, CPD log, evidence packs) pay the standard subscription, and you can negotiate a member rate as part of your group package.
How is member data anonymised in the rollup?
The group view shows counts and percentages, never individual member records, unless the member has explicitly opted in to be visible. A "62% of members are PQS-ready" never reduces to "Pharmacy X is not PQS-ready" without that pharmacy choosing to be named.
What about LPCs that don't buy on behalf of members?
LPC functionality is supported separately — workforce coordination, service contract negotiation evidence, training-day coordination — without any of the buying-group commercial features. The platform adapts to whichever subset you need.
