Onboarding a group

Set up the parent organisation. Add each branch with its trading name, ODS code, GPhC premises number and address. Inherit the group SOP library at branch level; each branch can override an SOP if local circumstances require it.

Invite branch managers. Each gets full operational access to their branch and read-only on the group library and dashboards.

Post shifts at branch level or pool them at group level — group-level shifts go to your full locum pool across the estate, so a regular in Branch A can pick up a Saturday in Branch B without an introduction.

Track the metrics that matter to you: estate-wide locum spend by month, agency vs direct ratio, fill rate by branch, inspection readiness, training completion. Each metric drills from the group to a single branch.
Common questions
How does pricing work for groups?
The first branch is at our standard rate. Branches 2 through 4 are 20% off, branches 5 through 9 are 30% off, and 10+ branches are bespoke. Multi-year commitments unlock further reductions. Speak to sales for a written quote.
Can we keep paper signatures for fridge logs?
You can — the platform is not a replacement for the paper trail you choose to keep. But every signature is also captured digitally so an inspector sees the same record without you reaching for the binder. Most groups stop printing within three months.
Can locums work across multiple branches in our group?
Yes, and we encourage it. A locum on your preferred pool is automatically available to every branch in the group. The locum sees the group as one employer for invoicing and rating purposes.
