Getting started

Sign up, upload your GPhC certificate (or DBS for ACTs), and tag the services you can deliver — Pharmacy First, hypertension case-finding, NMS, flu vaccination if you have the PGD sign-off.

Set your availability. Shifts that match your role, location and competency surface in your feed first.

Apply directly to a shift. The branch sees your service competencies inline with the application — no need to attach SOPs or chase sign-offs.

After the shift, log the CPD entry against the GPhC standards. The log builds a reflective record you can submit at revalidation.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes — for life. Technicians, dispensing assistants and counter assistants pay nothing to use the platform. Pharmacies pay a subscription, and that subscription funds everything. There are no upgrade tiers for technicians; the full product is included.
Can pre-reg trainee technicians use it?
Yes. Set your role to trainee technician on signup. The competencies and credential tracker support the pre-registration framework, and your training officer can be linked to your profile for sign-offs.
What if I want to move from technician to pharmacist?
The platform supports adding a second role when you qualify — your technician profile and ratings carry over. You don't lose the history when you re-register as a pharmacist.
